Our School-Based Health Center at Hood River Valley High School is now offering convenient appointments for sports physicals.

Back to school is a great time to engage kids and parents in health care. We’ll be attending school events and open house days and offering a variety of services for you and your family.

Before your child can play a sport, the state requires a Sports Physical to be completed by a medical provider.
