Having Problems with the IRS?
The Oregon Law Center's (OLC) new Tax Clinic offers FREE legal services to help low-income taxpayers throughout Oregon who have debts or other problems with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). We can help if:
You have an outstanding tax debt
You were denied tax credits or did not receive the amount of refund you were expecting
Have received a notice requesting documents or other information
Believe you have been the victim of income tax-related identity theft
You are seeking relief from a former spouse's tax debts
Have other problems with the IRS
All OLC services are FREE to eligible clients. We also offer FREE consultations and resources to those who do not qualify. The OLC Tax Clinic is not a tax return preparer.
